Tricky Ribs




The trick to the ribs lies in...slow cooking before barbecuing! And I have learned it from my friend- thank you! They turned out so well that I will be making them again!

Simply slow cook those overnight in a mixture of: ketchup, onions, garlic, tomato paste, brown sugar and coke. Finish on the barbecue on a slow heat.

Eat on the dock, ignore biting mosquitoes ;)
