Perfect After Lunch Snack



I have been craving something sweet and I have some left-over ganache that I used in my mini pavlovas this weekend. I decided to have it with peanut butter and roasted hazelnuts on a toasted English muffin. Plus, I also need to do something with my leftover whipped cream. Here it goes, on top of my coffee with a few sprinkles of espresso powder! Yum!

Chocolate Coffee Ganache

225 grams milk or bittersweet chocolate
1 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons instant coffee (espresso is best)

Chop chocolate and place in a bowl. Bring the cream to boil, add espresso and pour over the chocolate, stir for both ingredients to incorporate.


Use it for pavlovas, cakes or anything you like. Such as an afternoon snack!
