Baby It Is Hot Outside- Iced Coffee Cortado

It is hot and I feel that I am actually sweating drinking my coffee. What is the point. I still need my coffee but cold. In these soaring temperatures all I want is to bathe in cold, eat cold and drink cold. It is getting impossible and tomorrow scares me (48 degrees with humidity?) I do not even know how it feels...



ICED COFFEE CORTADO

Pour your regular coffee with milk over few ice cubes (I used 3 large ones) Add two teaspoons of sweet condensed milk (do not use any sugar, and add more condensed milk if you like it sweeter), a splash of evaporated milk, stir and drink!
